義大利中部強震將知名美食阿馬特利恰納麵（amatriciana）的發源

地阿馬特利切（Amatrice）夷為平地，超過700家義大利餐廳響應將阿馬特利恰納麵放進菜單，聯手作公益。英國名廚奧立佛（JamieOliver）也跟進。

法新社報導，英國電視名廚奧立佛呼籲顧客為義大利而吃，他25日在官方臉書公布，他和旗下餐廳700名廚師將在這個月推出這道菜。傑米義大利餐廳（Jamie'sItalian）本月每道菜將捐出2英鎊（約新台幣85元）給國際紅十字會（InternationalRedCross）。
